Obituary of Fredericka Storey

The passing of Fredericka Maybelle Storey of McGivney, NB, wife of Merlin Storey, occurred on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on May, 26, 1943 in Stanley, NB, she was the daughter of the late Mansel and Hilda (Rodgers) Cameron. In addition to her husband, Fredericka is survived by her children, Vicki Collins and her children, Trevor and Kevin, Merlin Jr. Storey (Ida) and their children, Matthew and Nathan, Kathie Storey and her son, Travis, James Storey (Connie) and their children, Holly, Melissa and Derek Storey (Shelley) and their children Lucas, Austin and Zachary; great grandchildren, Dillon, Logan, Cameron, Triston ,Serenity, Cadence and Joey; great great grandchild, Bentley; siblings, Delores Stairs (Eugene), Loretta McLaggan (Sammy), Johnny Cameron (Sheila), Patsy Calhoun (Gary), Shirley Ross and Carol Ross (Barry); several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Fredericka was predeceased by her great grandchild, Kaiden Storey; sister, Betty Peterson; brother, Jimmy Cameron; daughter in law, Angie Storey; son in law, Timmy Collins; brother in law, Robert Ross. Visitation will take place at South Portage Baptist Bible Church, McGivney, NB on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 from 12 noon until 2 pm; followed by a Memorial Service at 2 pm with Pastor Pat McAloon officiating. Interment will take place in McGivney Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Cystic Fibrosis.
