Obituary of Jean MacLean

The passing of Jean Elaine MacLean, of Fredericton NB, occurred on Sunday May 4, 2014 at York Care Center. Born on October 4, 1946 in Fredericton NB, she was the daughter of the late Charles MacLean and Hazel (Kincade) MacLean. Jean was a member of the Mactaquac Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday school and worked with various youth groups. In addition to her mother, Jean is survived by her sister Luella Bredin (Mark) of Clyde River, PEI. Jean was predeceased by her infant son Jesse Robert MacLean and her brother Eldon MacLean. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 from 1 to 2 pm, followed by a Funeral Service at 2 pm at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel with Rev. Peter Thomas officiating. Interment will take place at the Douglas Rural Cemetery.
