Obituary of Bertha White

The passing of Bertha Adeline White of Keswick, NB, wife of the late Boone White, occurred on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on May 25, 1925 in Woodland, NB, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Adeline (Grandame) Wilkins. Bertha was a member of Douglas Baptist Church. Bertha is survived by her daughters, Debbie (Jim) Brown and Judi (Allan) McIssac both of Fredericton, NB; daughter in law, Janet White of Scotch Settlement, NB; son, Sterling (Kathy) White of Keswick, NB; grandchildren, Wendy (Andy) Bubar of Burtts Corner, NB, Cindy (Murray) Grasse of Fredericton, NB, Shelley (Nick) Demerchant of Rothesay, NB, Andy McIsacc of Fredericton, NB, Jodie (Mike) Martens of Calgary, AB, Jennifer (Shawn) Billings of Scotch Settlement, NB, Joey (Jennifer) White of Calgary, AB, Charity (Yvonne) St.Onge of Keswick Ridge, NB, Krista (Joe) Trevors of Keswick, NB, Eli (Amy) White of Fredericton, NB; fourteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Bertha was predeceased by her son, Duane; granddaughter, Katie White; sisters, Annie Nicholson, Beatrice Knox, Ruby Brawn, Muriel Fullarton, Edith Johnson and Ella MacMullen Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Wednesday, April 16, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at Douglas Baptist Church on Thursday, April 17, 2014 at 2 pm with Rev. Peter Moore officiating. Interment will take in the Keswick Cemetery at a later date.
