Obituary of Izella Spencer

After a faith-filled and courageous battle with cancer, Izella Lorriane (Munn) Spencer, born on February 16, 1940, wife of Herbert “Johnny” Spencer, peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savoiur, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, January 9, 2014. Besides her loving husband, Izella is survived by her four children, Natalie Spencer of Oakville, ON, Janet Moase (Harold) of Oromocto, NB, Dean Spencer (Wendy) of Calgary, AB and Dion Spencer (Teri) of Ottawa, ON; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; siblings, Daisy Norrad (Clint) of Bloomfield Ridge, Joyce Ellis (Allison) of Chipman, Elaine Bernard (Sanford) of Cornwall, PEI, Betty Fraser of Napanee, ON, Reggie Munn (Irma) of Oromocto, Vera Nason of Bowmanville, ON, Regina Norrad (Harry) of Bloomfield Ridge, Keith Munn of Fredericton, Howard Munn (Vilma) of Vancouver, BC, Dorothy Morrison (Mike) of Quispamsis, Joan Calhoun (Timmy) of Sussex, Judy Norrad (Perry) of Taxis River, Delhia Young (Sheldon) of Holtville, Michael Munn of Doaktown, Billy Munn of Fredericton, Reg Munn (Betty) of Fredericton and Rae Harris of Fredericton; brothers and sisters in law; as well as several nieces and nephews. Izella was predecesed by her parents, Reginald and Ruby Munn. Izella was a faithful saint of the Gateway of Hope Pentecostal Assembly, Boiestown, NB. The Visitation will take place at Gateway of Hope Pentecostal Assembly on Friday, January 17, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Going Home Service will be held at Gateway of Hope Pentecostal Assembly on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 2 pm with Pastor Wade Bradford officiating. Interment will take place at Parker’s Ridge Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
