Obituary of James Wood

The death of James Parker Wood of Fredericton, NB, husband of Constance “Connie” (Fitzpatrick) Wood occurred Saturday December 28, 2013 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 25, 1946 in Cape Tormentine, NB he was the son of the late James and Doris (Arbing) Wood. James was a retired from the Canadian Armed Forces. Besides his wife, James is survived by his children Paul (Shelley) Wood, Larry Wood and Karen Wood all of Fredericton, NB; granddaughter Brooke; brothers George Wood of Moncton, NB, Erwin (Mona) Wood of Truro, NS and Ted (Violet) Wood of Bayfield, NB; sister Iva Rayworth of Port Elgin, NB; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, James was predeceased by his sisters Irene Trenholm and Elsie Carson. At James’s request there will be no services.
