Obituary of Claude Paradis

The passing of Claude Georges Paradis, of Royal Road, NB, occurred on December 16, 2013 from the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on January 2, 1932 in Lauzon, QC, he was a son of the late Ferdinande and Zerilla (Morin) Paradis. Claude was a member of St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Tay Creek, NB, also a proud member of the Gilridge Golf Club, Upper Nashwaak Lions Club, Nashwaak Valley Snowmobile Club and Kingswood Bowling League. Claude is survived by his daughter, Sandy Tucker (Darcy Tucker) of Royal Road, NB; his sons, Danny (Laurie Moore) of Fort McMurray, AB and Marc (Brenda Tucker) of Royal Road, NB; grandchildren, Alicha Paradis, Sonya Paradis, Brooke Tucker and Reese Tucker; siblings, Blanche, Jeannette, Gabrielle, Noella, Denise, Maurice and Jules; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter, Patti Larsen; siblings, Marie-Ange, Armande, Germain, Antonio, Paul-Emile, Joseph and Roger. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Thursday, December 19, 2013 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Memorial Service will be held from York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 10 am with Father Monte Peters officiating.
