Wheeler, Colleen Anne The passing of Colleen Anne Wheeler, wife of John Cameron, of Fredericton, NB, occurred on September 28, 2013 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on March 11, 1960 in Iserlohn, Germany, she was a daughter of Mary T. (Kiernan) Kingston and the late Raymond C. Kingston. Colleen worked Security at Kings Place and Regent Mall and previously served in the Canadian Military with Air Defense. She enjoyed Nascar, country music, her job, her family and friends and especially her social time in the back 40. Colleen will be remembered for a lot of things but most of all for her term of endearment “Bite Me.” Besides her mother and husband, she is survived by her daughter, Amanda Dawn Wheeler of Fredericton, NB; her brother, Sean Kingston (Melanie) of AB and his children, Tyler, Jessica and Kaylee; a large extended family as close as Moncton and Miramichi and as far away as England and Ireland; also her four beloved cats. In addition to her father, she is joined in heaven by her two infant children, her brother and sisters. Although there will be no visitation by request, a Memorial Service will be held from York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Friday, October 4, 2013 at 2 pm. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Brain Tumour Foundation or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
