Obituary of Wayne Woodcock

The passing of Wayne Delbert Woodcock of Fredericton, NB, husband of Patricia “Pat” (Jaillet) Woodcock occurred on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at home. Born on October 31, 1947 in McAdam, NB, he was the son of the late Warren and Doris (Gregory) Woodcock. For almost 35 years, Wayne worked in security at UNB. In addition to his wife, Wayne is survived by his daughter, Michelle Ingram (Ryan) and son, Jason Woodcock (Krista) all of Fredericton, NB; grandchildren, Ally, Holly, Abigail and Madison; sister in law, Noella Blagdon (Don) of Bouctouche, NB; brothers in law, Roger Jaillet (Bernice) of Irishtown, NB and Aurel Jaillet (Maria) of St. Antonie, NB; special niece, Donna LePage (Phil); several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Douglas and nephew, Gary. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Friday, August 30, 2013 at 11 am. Interment will take place in St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Red Cross or the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation and would be appreciated by the family.
