Hi Graydon & Steve;
I know it's a difficult time right now. Please accept my condolences on your Dad's passing. I fondly remember our Uncle Johnny, the fishing trips to Renous, him pulling used teabags out of the bushes while we were camping there by the fishing hole and all his pranks and good humour. He had a small orange pup tent one year. He call it the POOP tent. He had black electrical tape with the name POOP tent on the front. He farted alot on that trip. Also remember your home in Fredericton where he always entertain us with the going's on in the garden and various other tricks. I also remember being at the Millville dump with him once. I think he had a truck or maybe a van and he was sighting in a rifle laying in the van and shooting it. DEAFENING!!! I ran into him at Canadian Tire in Fredericton about 12 years ago. That was the last time I saw him. He was deaf as a post but we had a good chat. He was a character and I'll always remember him.
I wish I was closer to NB to attend the visitation.

Sorry to read of John's passing. I have known John since Carlene & I went to FBC and he drove the Millville bus. Steve, no sleeping in the snowbank! He has not changed much since then! Of course, we know that he is in a better place and his memory will be cherished by all who knew him. God Bless all of you at this time and the coming weeks. Sincerely, Doris & Glen Stairs

So sorry to hear of Johnny's passing... he is a warm and humorous memory from my childhood... and a character that will never be forgotten. I never tired of the Johnny stories told by my Uncle Marci and My Father Les... May they all meet again in that camp by the tracks...

Francene and family, your dad was a great man....so glad to have had the privilege of knowing him since we were kids. He loved to laugh and was always teasing with a smile on his face. He will be truly missed but take comfort in knowing he is now at peace and out of pain and suffering. Find strength in all the great memories you had. Hugs and lots of love to you and your family, you are in our prayers.
