Obituary of Gary Arbeau

The passing of Gary Reed Arbeau of Fredericton, NB, husband of Dolly (Richard) DeYoung, occurred on Sunday, July 21, 2013, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 6, 1944 in Upper Blackville, NB, he was the son of the late Vincent and Tina Arbeau. In addition to his wife, Gary is survived by his step children, Melissa Landry (Ray) of Fredericton, NB, Candy Wilson (Jamie) of Fredericton, NB and Joseph DeYoung (Beckey) of Ludlow, NB; ten step grandchildren; sisters, Genevieve Beek (Ralph) of Ripples, NB, Alberta Roy (Hector) of Lethbridge, AB, Alfreda White (Bob) of Alberta, Kay Dupis of Fredericton, NB and Iva Basque (Fernand) of Fredericton, NB; brothers, Boyd Arbeau (Lenora) of Saskatchewan, Vincent Arbeau (Sherie) of Saskatchewan, Leonard Peterson (Linda) of Doaktown, NB and James Wilson (Coleen) of Doaktown, NB; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Tuesday, July 23, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 2 pm with Pastor Matt Linton officiating. Interment will take place in Ripples Community Cemetery.
