Obituary of Glenna Phillips

The passing of Glenna Irene Phillips of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Ivan Phillips occurred on Monday, June 24, 2013 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on June 6, 1934 in Carleton County, NB, she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Beulah (Swimm) Giberson. Glenna is survived by her children, Nancy Waterhouse (Joe) of Fredericton, NB, Mike Goudie (Linda) of Muskoka, ON, Janice Goudie of Fredericton, NB and Rob Goudie of Fredericton, NB and their father, Don Goudie; step children, Tony Phillips (Sherry) of Tracy, NB, Laureen Everett (Elwood) of Beaverdam, NB, Craig Phillips (Diane) of Beaverdam, NB and Paul Phillips (Lynda) of Oshawa, ON; grandchildren, Jason Waterhouse and his children, Brayden and Shealynn; Jeff Waterhouse (Erika) and their children, J. S. Waterhouse and Jerrin Waterhouse; Crystal Goudie, Kevin Goudie, Jody Atyeo and Ryan Goudie, siblings, Florence Morgan (Gordon), Cathy Wadden (Stan), Floyd Giberson (Judy), Clarence Giberson (Sheila), Wilda Adams (Ron Booker), Gladys Cockerill (Morris) and Juanita Carmichael (Sterling); sister in law, Gladys Giberson; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Glenna was predeceased by her brother, Clayton Giberson and niece, Sherry Giberson. Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 from 6-9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 2 pm with Pastor Ivan Carr officiating. Interment will take place in Tracy Baptist Cemetery.
