Obituary of Ann Corbett

The passing of Eleanor Ann Corbett of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late James Robert Corbett, occurred on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at the Oromocto Public Hospital, NB.  Born on November 30, 1931 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Maude (Monteith) MacNeill. Ann was a nurse and a member of Saint Mary's Alter Guild, Women's Institute, Saint Mary's Quilters Guild, Fredericton North Heritage and a member of Saint Mary's Anglican Church.

Ann is survived by her son, Kevin Corbett of Fredericton; daughter, Janet Corbett-Garland (Robert) of Fredericton. She was very proud of her grandsons, Eric Garland, David Garland, Mark Garland (Ashley).

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of York Funeral Home. A Private Funeral will be held at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Fredericton, at a later date. Interment will take place in St. Mary’s Anglican Church Cemetery, at a later date. The family would like to thank the staff of OPH (Med 1) for their kindness and care during Ann’s stay with them.
