Obituary of Brent Thomas Carle

Please share a memory of Brent to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brent Thomas Carle of Fredericton, NB, on December 8, 2024. Born on May 13, 1966, he was the son of Glen and Ferne Carle.

Brent leaves behind his wife of 22 years, Jerri Carle (Campbell); daughters, Jessica Carle (Remi), Kristina King (Travis), and Andrea Bird (Raymond); Grandchildren, Aryanna, Noah, Landen, Lincoln, Lucas, Graysen and Aubrey; Sister and Brother In – laws, Theresa Comeau (Wayne), Cathy Stewart (Eddie), Laurie Lavender (Stephen), Gene Campbell (Heather), Reid Campbell (Judy), Troy Campbell; Uncles, Ivan Young and Dale Carle (Brenda); Aunts, Dean Young and Olive Young; Nephew, Adam Carle; along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and beloved family friends.

In addition to his maternal grandparents (Laura & Claude Young) and paternal grandparents (Albert & Flo Carle), Brent is predeceased by his mother-in-law, Minerva Campbell, sister-in-law, Bonnie Rodday and brother, Carey Carle.

Starting from a young age, Brent loved to get into all sorts of mischief with his brother, Carey. They had a special relationship and shared all kinds of fun and crazy adventures. Growing up he was very active and loved to work hard and get his hands dirty. This led to him working with horses and helping  out at the Fredericton Raceway early on. After that Brent moved on to become a well-known and skilled Auto Salesman. He loved his job and socializing with coworkers and customers.

Brent was the life of the party; he always knew how to make everyone laugh, from his funny jokes to witty comebacks. It was his personality and outlook on life that led him to have so many great friends and family. He loved to spend his free time down at the camp ice fishing, snowmobiling and cracking an Alpine with the guys, Mark, Bill, Rick, and Jeff. When he wasn’t at the camp, he was busy spending time with his wife, daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren. Brent was a very active father in life and that never changed as his girls grew older. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping with his wife, Jerri and all of the grandchildren, he loved to make memories with them. Brent always had a project on the go for his father, Glen and sons-in-law, from building tractors to working around the camp and they never once complained. His latest project was his 79’ Chevy Van. You always knew when he was coming because you could hear him, before you could see him. Brent was loved and cared for by so many, and he will truly be missed.
