Obituary of Sarah Marie Rousselle

It is with great sadness that the family of Sarah (Savard) Rousselle of Lincoln, NB announce her passing on November 17, 2024 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital in Fredericton. Born on August 5, 1945 she was a daughter of the late Delphis Savard and Vénérante (Savoie) Savard.

Sarah is survived by her children, Vénérante (Richard), Jean-Patrice, and Len (Shonna); grandchildren, Julie-Michèle (Eric), Patrick (Maggie), Kevin (Joëlle) Joey (Claire) and Sarah (Sam); great grandchildren, Lily, Emily, Dax, Caleb and Alexcia; siblings, Josephine, Blondine, Raoul, Victor,  Rosaline and Olivine.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband of 58 years Jean André Rousselle; daughter, Virginia Rousselle and brother, Aquila Savard.

The family wish to express their heartfelt gratitude to the Palliative care unit at the DECH in Fredericton for their compassion and care during this difficult time.

At the family’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Private family interment will take place in St. Anthony's Cemetery with Father Maria Arokiam Chinnappan officiating.
