Pauline Gertrude (Vickers) McArthur

The passing of Pauline Gertrude (Vickers) occurred on September 29, 2024. Born in Newcastle, NB on October 4, 1935, she was the daughter of the late John and Margaret (Kennedy) Vickers.

Survived by sons, Kevin (Carrie - deceased) of Burton, NB, Douglas (Melinda) of Calgary, AB; granddaughter, Kelsie (Dustin Eisenhaur) of Fredericton, NB; grandson, Cain of Calgary, AB; along with many nieces and nephews; as well as her great niece, Susan O’Brian.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, James (Ruby) Frankie 1945; sisters, Mary (Gerald) McDonald, Annie (Harold) McLaggan, and Margie (James) Barry.

Pauline was an employee of UNB as Administrative Secretary to the Dean of Arts until her retirement.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of York Funeral Home. There will be no visitation or service by request. Donations in Pauline’s memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Personal condolences may be offered though www.yorkfh.com.
