Some of Daryl's important people in life, our Mom and dad, his former wife Debbie, and our maternal grandmother Jeanette McHatten; all major parts of his younger years, as well as our brothers Mark and Robert, and me -Brian. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Daryl was a shy little kid, but he loved doing things for people. He always liked making things for our mom, and others like our nana as well. He would drag items home for projects he would think up, like furniture items or collectables found anywhere- including dumpster diving. He had a knack for refinishing furniture, artwork and framing. Anyone who knew him knew he loved antiques, and spent most of his latter years doing what he loved. He was a gifted operator in younger times at silkscreen printing, and had many original designs that he enjoyed sharing. What he lacked in formal training or schooling, he made up with enthusiasm and determination. He hated being told things couldn't be done, and did his best to come up with solutions that sometimes worked and other times not so much. He was a hard worker at whatever he was tasked with.

Condolences to Daryl's family on his passing. He was truly a lovely fellow and fine gentleman.
I always enjoyed his visits to my home when he'd bring out my latest purchase from his shop, staying to tell me about particular finds that he thought I might be interested in.
He will be missed.
Rest In Peace, friend.
