Obituary of Carol Rose Myshrall

Please share a memory of Carol to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Carol Rose Myshrall, of Upper Kingsclear, NB, wife of the late Robert “Bob “Myshrall, announce her passing on June 16th, 2024. Born on December 16, 1951 in Lower Saint Mary’s, NB, she was the daughter of the late William G and Dorthy M.(Maclean) Hay.

She was predeceased by her first love Atlee E. McCoy, the father of her two daughters for 25 years and was fortunate to have found love the second time to her now predeceased husband Robert for 20 years.

She loved her family and friends. She loved to sit back, listen, and watch everything around her. When she spoke up, she had the best comments. Sarcastic and spicy. She was grounded, had common sense, was practical and not wasteful. She didn’t have much but what she had was all she needed. She never had a jealous bone in her body. She was loyal, devoted, honest, trusting, generous and most thoughtful. She cared for so many people in her life. She was dependable, the hardest worker, best gift giver – everything she gave had thought behind it.

Although she is leaving our family we are comforted in knowing there is another family who have been waiting patiently for years to greet her home. We will still miss her dearly.

Carol is survived by her two Daughters Angela McGathey (C. Allan), Roxanne Hodgins (Gary), Chosen Son Gerry Myshrall (Julie), four Grand daughter’s Katelyn Michaud (Dan) Ashley Walton-Bird (John), Chloe, Charlotte, Grand son Kyle Hodgins (Natasha), Great-Grandson Felix Michaud, Sister, Evelyn J. Clark, Brother Lyle Hay, many niece’s and nephews however her special niece Jo-Anne McCoy, great niece Alicia Dupont, Nephew Mike Thornton, truly melted her heart. Lastly, her best friend Joey Niles who she admired for her beauty, wisdom, humor and loyal friendship for 15 years. She is waiting for you to win your million, keep scratching.

Cremation has taken place. Visitors are welcome on Friday, June 21st from 11AM-2PM at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB.
