Obituary of Robyn Victoria Davis

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Robyn Victoria Davis announce her sudden and unexpected passing on Sunday, June 2. Born on December 17, 1975 in Toronto, she was the daughter of Mary Searle and Terry Wildman.
In addition to her parents and loving husband, Willie Davis, Robyn is survived by her daughters Audrey and Evelyn; brother Dylan Wildman; mother and father -in-law Patti and Donny Davis; sisters-in-law Tara Davis, Shana Davis (Brad Cain) and Amanda Stairs (Lee); nephews Lucas Wildman, Thomas Stairs and Alex Stairs; a multitude of aunts, uncles and cousins in Wales, England, Germany, Italy and Holland. Robyn was predeceased by her grandparents.
Robyn spent a few years growing up in England before the family moved to Toronto. She and Willie met through mutual friends, and it wasn’t long before she made Fredericton home. Her working life in Fredericton was spent first at Enbridge followed by Liberty Utilities. Robyn was a compassionate woman with an infectious laugh who never wanted the spotlight. She was a very creative woman who knit, made beautiful jewellery and filled her house with her artwork. In her younger years, Robyn played the saxophone and cello. She had been blessed with a beautiful singing voice and had been a member of the East York Choir. One of her favourite ways to spend a day was walking a beach in search of beach glass, which she would use to create something beautiful. Robyn always enjoyed her trips to Nova Scotia where she could unwind and spend time with her mother. She also cherished every family trip down south with Willie and her girls.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the United Way Central NB (Robyn’s charity of choice) or to a charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
