Obituary of Irvine Richard Whitlock

The peaceful passing of Irvine Richard Whitlock of Fredericton, NB, occurred on March 22, 2024 at York Care Centre with his wife and daughters by his side.  Born on April 22, 1938 in Penniac, NB, he was the son of the late Harry and Hazel (Stewart) Whitlock.   

 

Irvine is survived by his wife of 56 years, Jane (McSorley) Whitlock; daughters, Carla Gilmore (Jason) of Fredericton, NB and Jana Fitzpatrick (Steven) of Houlton, Maine; brother, Marven Whitlock (Aline) of Penniac, NB; grandsons, Zachary Fitzpatrick (Alyssa) of Scarborough, Maine and Gabriel Fitzpatrick of Houlton, Maine; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Glenna Smart; brothers, Donald and Carson Whitlock.
