Obituary of Alice Lou Sullivan

1936-2024

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Allie Lou Sullivan, who left this world on Monday, February 26, 2024. Survived by her son, Rick (Sonja); daughter, Jocelyn; grandchildren, Teddy (Kaitlyn), Ryan, Mark, Jenna, and Tyler; surviving brother, Bev (Darlene); nieces, Debbie, Jeannie, Shawna, Lisa; nephews, Terry, Tommy, Michael, Shane and Aaron; and so many more loving family and friends. 

Predeceased by her father, Sterling Hazlett; mother, Helen (Scott, Hazlett, Bubar); siblings, Sterling Jr., Doris, Wade, Wayne, Danny and Billy.

Allie was a true believer and looked so forward to being in the loving embrace of her Lord and Saviour.

Allie was a contender for sure. She was fiercely independent, strong willed, sassy and funny, even when the chips were down.  She loved her family and friends.  Her pies were legendary (ask her banker!). To the white-tailed deer that appeared the other day acknowledging she had “arrived”.  We miss you. We love you but we know that “Instead of tears she now has the biggest smile on her face”.
