Obituary of Stephen Dale Haines

With great sadness we announce the passing of Stephen Dale Haines of Stanley, NB, occurred on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, surrounded by his family and friends, at the home of his brother Murray and Linda Haines in Stanley.  Born on November 4, 1959 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Sanford and Zella (Williams) Haines.

 

Stephen is survived by his children, Catlin Haines (Sarah Colwell), Calvin Brewer, Caitlyn Brewer; step-daughter, Corinne Noel; grandchildren, Christine, Maddison, Reid, Sophie, Payton, Lacey, Tyler, Hunter, Kyle, Victoria; siblings, Brenda Luce (Cleatus), Murray Haines (Linda), Eric Haines (Faye), Brian Haines (Suzanne), Rose Haines; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.


Besides his parents, Stephen was predeceased by his partner, Shawna McNally; brother, Edwin Haines; and granddaughter, Carrisa.

 

Arrangements have been entrusted to the loving care of York Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held at Cross Creek Baptist Church, 1280 Route 107, Cross Creek, NB on Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 2 pm with Pastor Gordon Mowry officiating.  Interment will take place in Cross Creek Baptist Cemetery, Cross Creek. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Cross Creek Baptist Church. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
