Obituary of Maisie Beatrice Arbeau

The passing of Maisie Beatrice Arbeau, wife of the late Perley Arbeau of Doaktown, NB, occurred on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at Pine Grove Nursing Home in Fredericton, NB.  Born on September 7, 1928 in Maine, USA, she was the daughter of the late Bill and Sadie (Porter)Ward. 

Maisie is survived by her children, Paulette Munn (Don Beairsto) of Fredericton, Cynthia Lasseter (Rick) of Edmonton, Thomas Arbeau (Eva) of Nelson Hollow; daughter-in-law, Audrey Arbeau of Doaktown; foster daughters, Cindy Cusack, Rhonda Holt; grandchildren, Michelle, Robbie, Adam, Sabrina, Tim, Cory, Amy, Jonathan; great-grandchildren, Cole, Austin, Nate, Hannah, Anthony, Nicole, Jonathan, Erin, Andrea, Tanner

several great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Wayne Ward (Linda), Rita Porter, Carol Gilks (Glenn); several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents and husband, Maisie was predeceased by her son, Leonard Arbeau; grandson, Matthew Munn; and siblings, Ruby, Earl, Glynn, Gertrude, Edward, Lee and Dean.

Visitation will take place at Abundant Life Church, 583 Main Street, Doaktown on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 1 to 2 pm and will be followed directly by a Funeral Service in the church at 2 pm with Rev. Ron Carroll officiating.  Interment will take place in Abundant Life Church Cemetery. Pallbearers are Bobby McAleer, Keith McAleer, Jody Ward, Billy Ward, Darwin Morehouse and Benji Morehouse.
