Obituary of Constance Marie Ebbett
It is with sorrow, we the family of Connie Ebbett announce her peaceful passing on the afternoon of Sunday, October 29, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Connie was a member of the Nashwaaksis United Church and active with the UCW for many years.
Connie is survived by her son, Philip (Bonnie) Hamilton and granddaughter, Holly Wells (Dan); great grandchildren, Isabella and Jack, grandson, Travis (Kathy) Hamilton and great grandchildren, Lewis and Ruth; son, Alley Hamilton (Angela), granddaughter, Alisha Morehouse (Travis); great grandchildren, Sadie and Jackson; son, Todd Ebbett (Wendy); grandsons, Mitchel and Ryan (Emily); great granddaughters, Laurel and Lennon; step-daughter. Mardie Hancox (Bill); granddaughters, Margaret and Elizabeth Andrews (Geordie); great grandchildren, Emma and Isaac; her brother, Ashley Duffy and sisters-in-law, Marie Duffy and Darlene Ebbett; along with several nieces and nephews.
Connie was predeceased by her husband, John Ebbett; her parents, John and Margaret (Snodgrass) Duffy; brother Calvin Duffy; sisters-in-law, Peggy Roy, Mary Murch and Eleanor Allen; and brothers-in-law, Jay Allen, Joe Murch and Stan Ebbett.
In keeping with Connie’s wishes there will be no visitation; a Private Family Service will be held at a later date. Interment will take place in Young’s Cove United Cemetery . In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Nashwaaksis United Church , Fredericton SPCA, or to a charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences may be offered through yorkfh.com
