The passing of Lottie Gladys Munn of Stanley, NB, wife of Allan Munn, occurred on October 10, 2023 at Nashwaak Villa.  Born on April 5, 1941 in Green Hill, NB, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Mabel (Donnelly) Merrill.  Lottie worked at Sparkes Store, Ian's Canteen, Woolco, York Manor, Nashwaak Villa and returned to York Manor, where she retired. She was a member of the Eastern Star, she loved to dance, knit, quilt, toll paint, cook for her family and spend time in the trailer.

 

Lottie is survived by her children, Joy Pinnock (Michael), Jalaine MacKay (Gardner), Travis Munn (Kathy) and Trevor Munn (Rose); sisters, Greta Thomas and Shirley Faulkenham; sisters-in-law, Marie Merrill and Anne Sherrard (Larry); grandchildren, Jaime Dowhy (Judd), Tyler Pinnock (Yanina), Mallory Pinnock, Morgan Pinnock (Wade), Cecile MacKay, Cameron MacKay (Sadie), Blake Munn (Kari Anne), Shelby Davidson (Scott), Jade Munn (Alex)  and Evan Munn; great grandchildren, Georgia, Nikolai, Zoe, Ezio, Emery, Beth, Evelyn, Kohen, Watson, Noah, Haley, Eli, Ethan and Riley; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband Irvine Angus Munn; brothers, Russell Merrill (Annie) and Ernest Merrill; sisters, Mavis Gallagher (Thurston) and Alice Carson (Tommy); brothers-in-law, Wilbur Thomas and Elwood Faulkenham; in-laws Eugene and Ruth Munn.

 

Special thank you to the staff of Nashwaak Villa, for the exceptional care they provided to Lottie during her time there.


A graveside service will be held at the Hillcrest United Cemetery, Stanley, NB on Sunday October 22, 2023 at 2 pm. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick or Nashwaak Villa Foundation. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
