Harry was quite a character and always had a story to tell me. We spoke of our love of seafood and he wrote down his favourite recipe for me and I still have it.
Always a smile for me when I dropped off or picked frames for him to solder for Aries Optical. We dealt with Harry for many years from his shop on Main Street and then in his home. Such a nice man. Please accept our condolences.

I well remember Harry and his expertise in jewelry design and I am still wearing the ring he made for me with my original diamond, adding an emerald on either side. This was when his business was up over Brewer's Fashions store in Nashwaaksis. He was well liked and we often shared a chat and a cup of tea as my office was next door. Mike and Patsy, sending our sympathies in your Dad's passing. Harry looked after fixing many pieces of our jewellery and we bought many pieces from him. Always there for us, always with a smile. Harry was a good friend to my late Aunt Marion (Vail) Kellow and through their life long friendship I had the pleasure to meet Harry and visit with him both in Fredericton at the cottage in East Scotch Settlement. Knowing my interest in military history, I appreciated that he shared his experiences with me. He was very kind to my Aunt Marion and for that I will always be thankful. My sincere condolences to all of you. Rest in Peace Harry. Ready Aye Ready.

Oh Jane & family, I’m so sorry to have read this. I have such fond memories of Harry and alllllll the necklaces he has fixed for me over the years. My aunt Louise Clapp worked for him for years and loved him so dearly. I sure hope they both are together and catching up on old times.

As a young person in East Scotch Settelment I enjoyed the summer when Harry came home Dale and I would go for walks looking carefully at all the rocks as we walked and picked lots of them for Harry to make pretty for us in later years when he came to the camp my husband and myself would stop and easily spend an afternoon chatting with him and even when I hadn’t seen him for a long time he always knew me .my condolences to his family
