With great sadness, the family of Janette Joy (Arbeau) Munn of New Bandon, NB, announce her sudden passing on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at her home.  Born on January 3, 1949 in Upper Blackville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Sydney and Udavilla (Pennell) Arbeau. Janette was a dietary aid at the Central New Brunswick Nursing Home and was a member of the Upper Blackville United Baptist Church.

 

Janette is survived by her daughter, Tena McKeil (Frank) of Bloomfield Ridge; granddaughter, Melissa Munn (Devin) of Taxis River; great-grandsons, Jack and Luke; brother, Leslie Arbeau (Judy) of Saint John; sisters, Emily Miner (David) of Upper Blackville, Judy Arbeau of Upper Blackville, Linda Campbell (Norman) of Blissfield; her loving, four-legged son, Joey; several nieces, nephews and extended family.


In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Marlyn; sisters, Geraldine Hamilton and Catherine Peterson.

 

Arrangements have been entrusted to the loving care of York Funeral Home’s Miramichi Valley Chapel. At Janette’s request, there will be no public services. The family will hold a private interment at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
