So sorry to see you go Bob. Loved having you drop by in Montreal from time to time when we were young. I still boast about my 6 foot 5 inch cousin, and his love of going to a corner store for some "pop". . . a word that was new to us in those days, especially with your great Maritime accent! Sorry I let myself drift out of your life. Look forward to seeing you in the future when Job 14:14, 15 comes true. I'll try to have a jumbo Montreal pizza & a 'pop' ready! My condolences to the Kerasiotis family, and Yvonne, Amanda, & Kyle especially.

I was so sad when Kyle called to give me the unfortunate news about Bob. Bob was a true friend. He and I got along great through work and I trusted his judgement 100%. I’ve never worked with anyone who took more pride in doing good quality work. This of course led to some heated battles on those rare occasions when we disagreed on this this but we always respected each other’s points of view. And RESPECT is a word that I link very closely with both. Sure, I respected his work and relied on him with great confidence ( I wish I made as few mistakes as he did), but I respected him as a person and a friend most of all. He was one of the few people that you meet in your lifetime that will tell you the truth regardless of the consequences and help you out with any problem. I loved his gruff exterior, because I could see the true kindness that was hidden behind the facade. He was truly old school in all of its best points. Also, I cannot speak of Bob’s life without talking about his family. Bob wasn’t one to get mushy, but it wasn’t hard to see how proud he was of Amanda and Kyle’s accomplishments. And why wouldn’t he be. I’m not sure what his parenting strategy was but it clearly worked because his kids clearly adopted Bob’s best attributes (although I am sure that Amanda and Kyle would claim that they developed these despite Bob as opposed to because of him (just a little joke there :)). I apologize for going on, but I could fill a this entire website with my thoughts on Bob.
To Amanda and Kyle I feel sorry for your loss. Your Dad was truly one of the good ones. To Yvonne, I loved watching you and Bob together. You were a great fit and I am sorry for your loss of a husband and a friend. I wish you all the best.

Dear Bob,
When we Dillons lived on Montclair Ave in NDG, you visited us one time, when I was about 8 or 9 perhaps. Don't ask me what year this was but I think you visited us on your own when you were on leave from the military and that you arrived in, or tried on, your military uniform for us, but I'm not certain of those details. What I really remember is my very tall cousin - you - who was very funny and made us all laugh, ordered two or three of the biggest pizzas possible from the corner pizzeria - the jumbo size, as I think the biggest one was called. We rarely had pizza back then, and we had certainly never ordered the jumbo size, either, so it was a real treat to have pizza in the first place and none of us had ever seen so much pizza all at once before in the second place, so it is a family event that was seared in our memories! My recollection is that you paid for the pizza, too, which led me, at least, to believe you must be rich indeed. How's that for remembering a childhood visit from you: Oh, yes, THAT cousin: Bob, the one who orders the huge pizzas!?! That was a great way to win all 5 of your younger cousins over, let me tell you! It is a family memory all of us brought up now and then over the years: remember when Bob visited and bought all those jumbo pizzas? You sure made an impression on all of us. Fast forward to 2015 when I was able to connect with you over email, and we began to correspond and keep in touch regularly. You took the time to offer to lend an ear should I need it, and you did indeed listen and gave me some good advice, too, for which I am grateful. We even had a few chats over the phone which was always a great pleasure. I would describe you as a great listener who was calm, loving, generous and thoughtful, with a great sense of humour. You will be greatly missed, Bob, and I'm really very sorry to see you go. Rest in peace.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Bob's passing. I really enjoyed working with Bob from 2010 to 2018. We spent many afternoons in the boardroom hammering through issues and greatly appreciated his dedication to his work. I will truly miss seeing Bob in the hallways here at Kings Place. My deepest condolences to all of Bob's family.

I was extremely saddened to hear of Bob's passing. I worked with Bob every day in the Projects Group at NBDTI for the past three years (However I also worked with him for four years from 2004-2008 as well). I knew that if Bob had a hand in the work to be done it was spot on. I will miss him very much and his spirit will live on through the highways that he helped build with our teams. Today I was at work and called out to Bob out of habit. I cannot believe that he is gone and cannot describe properly the impact he has had on me and the group. Bob was a very kind man with a big heart.
However, enough about work. What I enjoyed most was his love of his model's. One of the highlights of each week for me was going through Bob's photos of the model project he was working on at the time. I cannot believe how detailed and beautiful they are and felt privileged that he shared them with me.
Deepest condolence's to Bob's family from the Pauley's and the Projects Group.

So sorry to hear of Bob’s passing. I worked with Bob some when I worked at DTI. Bob worked each day and forged ahead. He was still working when I retired and we were the same age! To everything there is a season and God had called him home where there is no pain or struggles!
Rest in Peace Bob

Sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was so funny when he'd come down to McDonald's in Kings Place, we would joke around, and I call him grumpy! when ever I saw him out and about he always said hi. He volunteered and worked on fries one McHappy Day, I found the photo I took, we had fun that day. Rest in Peace Bob.
