Obituary of Brian LeBlanc

Please share a memory of Brian to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

The family of Brian LeBlanc is deeply saddened to share the news of his passing, on the morning of February, 22, 2023, after a brief yet courageous battle with cancer.  Brian passed in the early morning in the home he shared with his loving wife Stacy Marie (Crossman) LeBlanc, and their fur-baby "Allie".

Brian was born on February 1, 1963, in Minto, NB, to Phyllis Joan (Thompson) Davis and the late Gerald LeBlanc.  He was employed with Tri-Wire Line Construction and previously with NB Power as a welder/contractor.  Brian was a go-getter, a creative "think outside the box" problem-solver, a visionary, and an innovator with an amazingly positive attitude, endearing personality and infectious smile.  Just like his dad, if he could figure out how it was built, he could fix it and probably improve it (or at least make it last a bit longer).

Brian was full of life, love, and laughter.  He and Stacy enjoyed riding their Harleys and rode whenever and wherever the weather and wind inspired them to do so.  He especially loved the time he spent at Grand Lake with Stacy and Allie.  Late last summer, shortly after learning of his diagnosis, Brian, Stacy and their dear friends Rod and Marion Jewett had the trip of a lifetime which gave Brian the chance to check more items off his bucket list:  Route 66, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, and the Pacific Ocean.

In addition to Stacy, Brian is survived by his stepson, Tyler Crossman (Amanda Boone); mother, Phyllis Davis; stepfather (Lionel Davis); brother, Jerry LeBlanc (Louise LaBerge); sister, Karen Ashley (Matt); nephew, Peter Wright (Sarah Harrison); aunts and uncle; and several cousins.  Besides his father, Brian was predeceased by his nephew, Andrew Wright.

At Brian’s request, there will be no visitation or service.  A Graveside Service will take place at Redbank Cemetery, Chipman, at a later date.  For those who wish, donations in Brian's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick, or to the charity of the donor's choice.
