Brian William Lean of
Brian is also survived by Jesse’s aunt Velma Chamberlain. And will be tremendously missed by many relatives within the Lean and Cuming families, as well as family members in Louanne’s family and many friends and acquaintances.
In addition to his parents, Brian is predeceased by Jesse’s mother Rachael Bennett Lean.
Brian had over 40 years career in paving, including co-owning Durapave, Elm City Paving and Perfection Paving and worked for Warren Paving and retired in 2011.
Brian’s life long passion was music. He started as a young boy as part of the pipes etc at Base Gagetown and continued and played bass professionally all his life. He was part of over 21 bands since 1964 and last played on stage New Year’s Day 2023. He donated his talents to many benefits and fundraisers as well. Brian was a member of the Fredericton Society of Saint Andrew's Pipe Band.
Brian’s other passions included owning several dogs, including his last best bud and rescue dog Ramsay, travelling, attending over 200 concerts, playing hockey and watching the Maple Leafs, harness racing (including co-owning Igoddago), and golfing.
A Memorial Service will be held at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon Macleod Memorial Chapel,
