While I only lived in Bloomfield Ridge for two years, Milton drove me back and forth to work in Fredericton for the better part of those two years so he left a very positive impression on me. He was always reliable and on time, pleasant, and just seemed so genuine. My condolences to Ruth and his family and friends. Susan (Hickey) Konski

To Ruth, Neil, Nancy, & families;
Our heart felt condolences to you all on Milton's sudden passing.
A lifelong good friend and neighbor, he will be greatly missed by us all.
As a boy growing up in Bloomfield, Milton was my role model.
For a while I thought I wanted to be a mechanic like him so I could do my own repairs.
I soon found out it was a lot quicker to take it to him!
Milton had the ability to figure out how to fix just about anything.
I'm sure there will be chariots in heaven that will need his expertise!
Final comment "who's gonna fix our broke stuff now?"
Kind regards to all;
Izella & Laurie hunter

Wanted to say how sorry we were to hear of Milton's passing. It was a rare day when we passed by your home that we did not see Milton outside, in the garden or the garage working at something he loved to do. He will be missed! May it help to know others care and are holding you in prayer during this difficult time.

Ruth and family our hearts are breaking for you today. We are so glad we got to attend Milton’s birthday party last fall. Milton has always been a great friend and role model for Bryan. I believe his influence and input in Bryan’s life at a very young age has helped mold him into the loving husband, father and grandfather he is today. We have mention that many times over the years. May his reward in Heaven for all the love and care he has provided for many in his neighbourhood and work places be great.

Ruth, Neil, Nancy and families. My condolences. From the time you folks returned from BC, he has been a constant in our Bloomfield Ridge world. I struggle to find words to describe him that most haven’t already used. I think people have covered it. Memories, when we were small children and he would take us for rides on that long motoski, seems like him and about 4 of us! Through the years, he certainly was a source of wisdom if something mechanical was amiss. He was an example of a “life well lived”. We were all blessed to have him around. Wish I was close. Hugs and love to you all.

Milton as everyone close to him called him, was a very pleasant, kind and generous man. Once you met him, you would never forget him, he left a lasting impression on everyone that knew him. He would do anything to help someone in need. He knew tractors inside out, grew one of the best gardens on the Miramichi, there were so many great tributes of Milton, it would take a lot of pages to let you know what a great man he was, he is now resting in the arms of Jesus and will be a wonderful angel. When you think of the fruits of the spirit, Milton had them all, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. RIP Milton, you were one of the BEST
