Obituary of Jeannie Marlene Brooks

The passing of Jeannie Marlene Brooks of Fredericton, NB, wife of Richard Brooks occurred on Tuesday, November 22, 2022.  Born on September 5, 1962 she was a daughter of Gerald and Sheila (Paul) Barlow.  Jeannie was blessed to have three grandchildren, who she adored and enjoyed every moment spent with them.   

In addition to her husband, Jeannie is survived by her son, Ernest Brooks (Jessie); grandchildren, Hayden, Hunter and Hudson; siblings, Nelson Barlow (Bonnie), Arlene Brooks (Randy) and Kirk Barlow (Joanne); and several nieces and nephews.

Jeannie was predeceased by her grandmother, Ruby Barlow and sister, Rowena Sharpe.

Visitation will take place at the Family Home, 170 Maliseet Drive, Fredericton, NB on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and Thursday, November 24, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm.  The Funeral Mass will be celebrated from St. Anthony's Parish, 603 Union St. , Fredericton , NB on Friday, November 25, 2022 at 11 am with Father Maria Arokiam Chinnappan as celebrant.  Interment will take place in St. Anthony's Cemetery, Fredericton .
