Obituary of Elizabeth Ann Hall

With great sadness we announce the passing of Elizabeth Ann Hall, wife of Scot Hall of Mazerolle Settlement, NB, on October 29, 2022 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton.  Born on September 29, 1952 in New Glasgow, NS, she was the daughter of Helen (Sharpe) Barnes and the late Gerald Barnes. Trained as a teacher at the Nova Scotia Teacher’s College, she worked a few years as a teacher before switching careers to printing. Elizabeth spent the rest of her career as a print technician, most recently with Taylor Printing. This was the perfect job for a lover of reading and grammar.

In addition to her loving husband of 47 years, Elizabeth is survived by her children, Tyler Hall (Tabetha) and Melanie Morris (Craig); grandchildren, Johnathan, Nicholas, Alex, Zach, Sidney, Hudson; brothers, David Barnes (Kelly) and Bob Barnes (Kim).

A Funeral Service will take place at Crosspoint Church, 4 Coronation Court, Fredericton, NB on Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at 1 pm.  Interment will follow in Barony Cemetery, Dumfries, NB. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Barony Cemetery, Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PANCAN.org).
