Obituary of Chalia Deanna Gilbert

It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden death of Chalia Deanna Gilbert on October 13, 2022.  She was born October 17, 1975 in Fredericton, NB.  Chalia is survived by her mother, Elaine (Ed) Peterson; and father, Lance Gilbert; sons, Landon and Branson Gilbert; sister, Natasha Finnamore; nieces, Shelby- Lynn (Patrick) Hall and Megan Finnamore (Tyler); great nieces, Carly and Dylan; great nephews, Hudson and Joey; lots of aunts, uncles and cousins; brother in law, Scott Finnamore and special friend, Irvine Paul; grandmothers, Julia Estey (late Ossie) and Gladys Brawn; grandfather, Don (Rita) Eroh.

Chalia was predeceased by her grandparents, Irvine and Vivian Gilbert and Joe Brawn. 

A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, October 22, 2022 from 2-4 pm from Elaine's home.  A Private Graveside Service will take place in Stone Ridge Community Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
