Obituary of Dane Morris

The passing of Dane Morris of Stanley, NB, husband of Barry L. Henderson, occurred on Wednesday, April 7, 2021 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on March 2, 1951 in Saint John, NB, he was the son of the late Donald and Thelma (Morehouse) Morris.  Dane was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion and was a President for several years.  He was an avid bingo player.

Dane is survived by sons,  Ben Henderson and Jeremy Henderson; daughter,  Jennifer Doherty; grandchildren, Kyla, Paige, Cash and Tucker; The Henderson family which he consider his own, Lana, Lorelei, Gay, Melody and John. Besides his parents, Dane was predeceased by his sister,  Fran Walls and  brother,  Brian.
 

A Service to Celebrate Dane's Life will take place at a later date, at the Upper Durham Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Royal Canadian Legion and SPCA Fredericton or the charity of the donor’s choice.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
