The passing of Robert “Bob” Lloyd Gill, husband of Deborah Anne Gill of Richibucto Road, NB, occurred on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on July 24, 1950 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of the late Lloyd and Elizabeth (MacWilliams) Gill.
In addition to his loving wife of 32 years, Bob is survived by his daughters, Kimberley and Julie; grandson, Jarrett Tucker; great-granddaughter, Sierra; brother, Ron Gill (Karen), sister, Debbie E. Gill; mother-in-law, Marie Pelkey (Edward); very special brother-in-law, Kevin Chase (Sylvia); brother-in-law, Frank Logan; nieces, Jessica and Ashley; five nephews; and extended family.
Besides his parents, Bob was predeceased by his sister, Brenda Logan, brother, Brad Gill; brother-in-law, Rick Wilson; and grandson, Todd McCoy.
Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 12-2 pm with a Funeral Service to follow in York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel, at 2 pm with Pastor Wayne Flowers officiating. Interment will take place in Ripples Community Cemetery, Sheffield Parish at a later date.
