Leroy, Troy, Sandy and families. It is with a sad heart that I will not be able to be with you all in your time of loss. Both She and I were fighting the cancer battle, but Chicken's body was not as strong as her spirit and I know she loved you and your grandchildren so much that she would never leave if she absolutely had no choice. It was sad and shocking to hear about the death of my beautiful sister,Chicken. Even though over the years we have lived in different provinces from each other, my baby sister was always near to me my heart. I will miss her phone calls, they lifted my spirit. She is with her deceased family members and will watch over you all from her spot beside Jesus. Her suffering on earth is over. You are all in my prayers.

I knew Marlene when she taught step dancing at Connaught Street School. She also taught a couple of girls that I was close to. They were Cindy Morecroft and Wendy Morris, both from Prince William, back then. That is a lovely picture of her. I also know that she loved to play bingo. I will miss seeing her around.
