Obituary of Bonita "Anne" Jones

The passing of Bonita “Anne" Jones of Lincoln, NB, occurred on Monday, January 12, 2026 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on May 24, 1955 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Greta (Flinn) Bartlett.

She was a member of the Ladies Orange Benevolent Association for almost 40 years.

Anne is survived by her niece, Carrie Wiggins (Steve); nephew, Eddie Bartlett (Tiffany) and their mother, Helen; brother, Jim Bartlett (Sheila), her daughter, Kim McCoy (Chris) and their daughter, Mackenzie Kendrick; special friends, Zetta Ellis and Kaye Heath (Personal care worker).

Besides her parents, Anne was predeceased by her sons, Kirk Jones and Dana Jones.

Special thanks to the Palliative Care Team, EMP Oromocto, Dr. Barton, Kaye Heath, ER Dr. Patterson, RN Ashley and 3E RN Vanessa for their compassion and care shown to Anne.

There will be no visitation by request. A Graveside Service will take place in the Lower Lincoln Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or to a charity of the donor's choice.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
