I met Len through work, as he completed our annual building fire safety inspection. He would always make time to stop in at the office and have a chat. He always had a good story to tell and clearly had a heart of gold. So sorry to learn of his unexpected passing. I am sure he will be missed by family and friends.

We are very sad to learn of Len’s passing. Our sincere condolences to Donna and Family. Len was a very loyal and caring friend. He would be more concerned of your issues than his health problems. Len and I worked together for Classic Fire in Ontario for years . We had many adventures working with each other. Never a dull moment believe me. Len and I became friends quickly. His sense of humour and gift of storytelling was wonderful. Len loved his baseball and hockey teams and knew as much or more than some General Managers. I will forever miss being able to just call him up and chat. I know I have lost a great friend in Len. He will be missed by us and many others. Terry and Julie Mc Mann.

We are so sad and sorry to hear of the passing of Len. Len was always such a sweet, caring guy. We look back fondly on our Forest Hill days and all the happy, fun memories that Len was a part of. More recently we would run into Len and he always had that friendly, familiar smile. We would talk like we had just seen him yesterday. Always down to earth and genuine. Just a good guy. Len will always be fondly remembered and deeply missed. Our Deepest Heartfelt Condolences, Dave and Kathy (Kate) Clark

Having met Leonard as a pre-teen in Forest Hill he has always was the kind of person that everyone would want as a friend. I met him again at Harvest a few years ago and had a great chat in the Blues tent and then again at Peter’s Meat Market in March. We exchanged contact info and planned to meet again but sometimes time gets away from all of us. My condolences to his family, deeply missed but never forgotten. RIP Leonard

Donna, so sorry to hear about Len's passing. I worked with Len at NB Liquor for a while a few years back. He was a super nice guy, had a very good sense of humor, and a great laugh. He was a great employee and loved to talk about good wine to anyone who would listen. I enjoyed very much going to work when Len was working. Ran into him every once and a while when I was working at York street years later, and we always had a great chat.

Jim and I send our heartfelt condolences. The neighborhood will never be the same without Lenny. We will miss his waves as he came and went in his red truck. We will miss seeing him with Donna relaxing on their front porch. and we will especially miss how he loved to say hello to our poodle, Ziggy.

Len was like a brother. First cousins by genetics but as close as any brother. Donna you are family and are so loved. In our later years we gathered as siblings as often as we could- always laughed and talked about the many antics that we survived in childhood. Although Len grew up in Fredericton we shared many Saint John friends and family. Our mothers were sisters. Rest easy now Len and may there be the biggest celebration ever as you are embraced by family once more …. Until we meet again

So sorry for your loss, Donna, the families & friends, condolences to all. Knew Len since high school in the 70's and had many great times. RIP my friend, you will be missed by many! I thought a photo of the Blues Police heading out on Harvest patrol was appropriate.
