The passing of David (Pickle or Dangerous Dave) Stirling Estey of Burtts Corner, NB, occurred on October 2, 2025 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on May 11, 1951 in Burtts Corner, NB, he was the son of the late Violet Iona (Brewer) Estey and Abram Elwood Estey.  David worked as a Woodsman most his life. He was very active in his community and was very involved with helping everyone around him. He loved picking berries, a nice cold Alpine, and listening to his 8 tracks.

David is survived by his siblings, Bernard Estey (the late Patsy) of Mill Cove, Allan Estey of Burtts Corner, Eileen Brewer (the late Donnie) of Burtts Corner, Linda Clavette (Bob) of Fredericton; nephews, Fenton Estey; nieces, Krista Estey, and Shelley Eatmon (Christopher); several great nieces and nephews, and cousins.

David was predeceased by his parents, Violet and Abram; and his nephew, Ronnie Estey.

A graveside service will take place in St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Zealand, on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 2 pm. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
