Obituary of Marion Sprague Dawson

In Loving Memory of Marion Sprague Dawson May 12, 1942 – October 1, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marion Sprague Dawson, of Boiestown, NB, who passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Born on May 12, 1942, in Fairley, Northumberland County, she was the beloved daughter of the late Clarence Ross and the late Anges (Fairley) Ross.

Marion will be lovingly remembered by her children; Michael Appleton (June), Shelley Dunn (John), Cara Barker (Simon), Tamara MacFayden (Mike), and Corey Pritchard (Lisa)

\She is also survived by her brother, Larry Ross, along with many cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Marion was predeceased by her son, Danny Appleton (Sarah), as well as five brothers and one sister.

Marion dedicated her life to caring for others through her work as a Home Care Worker, a role she embraced with compassion and kindness. She had a lifelong love for antiques and a deep devotion to her family. Known for her sharp wit, joyful humor, and unforgettable stories, Marion brought laughter and love wherever she went.
