Obituary of Rhoda Jane Frances Fairley

The passing of Rhoda Jane Frances Fairley, wife of Arden Fairley, occurred on Friday, September 26, 2025 at Nashwaak Villa. Born on August 16, 1944 in Astle, NB, she was the daughter of the late Franklin and Margaret (Hunter) Green.

In addition to her husband, Rhoda is survived by her sons, Mark Fairley (Ravin) and Max Fairley (Skye Paul); grandchildren, Christopher Fairley, Julie Fairley and Kenzi Paul-Fairley; great grandchildren, Claire, Tanner, Kailey, Owen, Brellia and Jason; brother, Everett Green (Sylvia); niece, Karen MacDonald; several other nieces and nephews; and her dog, Princess.

Besides her parents, Rhoda was predeceased by her infant son, Arden Fairley; and nephew, Jim Green.

Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Wednesday, October 1, 2025 from 2-4 pm. Interment will take place in Astle Community Cemetery at a later date.
