Deborah Lynn Osiowy

1962 – 2025

Deborah Lynn Osiowy passed away suddenly on September 24th, 2025, at the age of 63.

She is survived by her husband, Rev. Neil Osiowy; her mother, Sharon Rousselle; her son, Jeremie LeBlanc; her daughter, Natalie (Jordan) Eastman; and their father, Rheal LeBlanc.

Deborah will be remembered by her two brothers, Larry Rousselle (Rosemary) and Dan Rousselle (Kara), her brother-in-law, Kevin Osiowy (Debra) and their families. She will be missed by her church family, quilting friends, numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins, and her fur-babies, Ruby and Willow. She was predeceased by her father, Joseph “Lawrence” Ernest Rousselle.

Deborah spent several years working in the retail service industry before beginning her career as a dog groomer more than twenty-five years ago. She will be missed by her canine friends and their owners who live along the Miramichi. Deborah enjoyed volunteering at church and community fundraisers, quilting, ATVing, snowmobiling, camping, and curling.

A Celebration of Life will be held at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, 327 Main Street, Doaktown, NB on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., followed by a reception in the Church Hall. Interment will be in Barryville, NB at a later date. Donations in Deborah’s memory can be made to the Anglican Parish of Ludlow and Blissfield (via etransfer to ludlowandblissfield@gmail.com), or the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation, or a charity of the donor’s choice.
