Forever Loved, Never Forgotten .. 

John Eugene Fowler

February 28, 1938 – September 14, 2025

It is with heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of John Eugene Fowler of Fredericton, New Brunswick on September 14th, 2025 at Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on February 28, 1938 in Holtville, New Brunswick, he was the son of the late Thelma (Hunter) Fowler and the late Fred Fowler. 

Those left to mourn the loss are his beloved wife of 10 years, Gertrude Fowler of Hayesville, New Brunswick; his step-son, Dennis Woodcock of Fredericton; his step-grandchildren, Shelly and Stephanie, his step-great grandchildren, Jackson, Jenna, Reece and Spencer; his daughter, Jeanne Fowler (Wayne) of Bloomfield Ridge; his son’s, Gary and Johnny Fowler (Cheryl) from New Brunswick; his siblings, Owen (Debbie), Jimmy (Glenna) and Nelson (Julie), Ethel (Terry) and Helena (Nick). John will also be greatly missed by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. 

John has left this world to join his parents and his siblings, Calvin  (Margaret), Allen (Margaret), Daryl (Pat), Eva (Russell), Geraldine (Rod) and Freda (Doug).  

John worked as a Transport Truck Driver for many years.

As per John’s wishes, he has been cremated and a service and interment will take place at the Parker Ridge Family Cemetery, Route 625, on Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 1 pm. A lunch will be held following the interment from 2 - 4 pm at the Upper Miramichi Lions Club, 6438 Route 8, Boiestown.
