Obituary of Eric Joseph Myshrall

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Eric Joseph Myshrall of Hurlett Road, NB, announces his passing on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at his home. Born in Fredericton on July 13, 1967, Eric was the beloved husband of Wendy (Dunlap) Myshrall for 35 years, and the son of the late Joseph Benjamin and Viola Marion (Harrison) Myshrall.

Eric will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Wendy, and their children: Amanda Boudreau (Tim), Erica Myshrall, Beckie Myshrall (Roy), and Brad Myshrall (Jessie). He was a proud grandfather to Jayann, Dakota, Austin, Hannah, Olivia, Alexa, Hailey, William, Emma, Harleigh, and Jaxson.

He is also survived by his brothers, Terry Harrison (Cathie) and Donald Myshrall (Lori); his sister, Ann-Marie Landry (late Eugene); mother-in-law, Mathilda Arbeau; sisters-in-law, Alice (Don), Gail, and Melanie (Mike); as well as several nieces and nephews, all of whom held a special place in his heart.

Eric was predeceased by his cherished grandson, Dyson Hachey-Myshrall, and his father-in-law, Douglas Dunlap.

Visitation will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton, NB on Saturday, September 6, 2025 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm. The Celebration of Life will be held from York Funeral Home's T. Gordon MacLeod Memorial Chapel on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at 2 pm with Pastor Chris Bennett officiating. Interment will take place in Mactaquac Baptist Church Cemetery following the service. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to any children's charity of the donor's choice.
