Obituary of Anne J. Coughlan

The passing of Anne J. Coughlan, wife of the late Ian Coughlan, occurred on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at the Nashwaak Villa, Stanley, NB. 

Born on January 2, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Hilda (Hossack) and Frank Dorcas. Anne began her career as a teacher and then worked as an office manager and dental assistant for several years.

She is survived by her two nieces, Angela Boudreau (Michael) of Chipman, NB and Carla Dionne of Stanley, NB and their mother, Peggy Anderson of Stanley, NB.

Besides her husband and parents, Anne was predeceased by her brother, Robert Dorcas; her sister, Georgena Campbell and her brother-in-law, George Campbell.

A Funeral Service will be celebrated at St. Mary's Anglican Church, 780 McEvoy Street, Fredericton, NB on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 1 pm with Father Stephen Harnish officiating.  Interment to follow the service at the Fredericton Rural Extension Cemetery.
