Veno, June Isabel

The passing of June Isabel Veno of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Frank Veno, occurred on July 27, 2025, at the Oromocto Public Hospital.  Born on May 17, 1935, in Blissfield, NB, she was the daughter of the late Georgina (Jonah) and Weaver Morehouse. June worked as a secretary and was a stay-at-home mother and caretaker. She was a member of the Devon Park Baptist Church.

June is survived by sons, Brian (Joy) Veno, and Keith (Kate) Veno; daughter, Donna Hill (Gary); grandchildren, Jeremy, Jennifer, Amber, and June; 3 great grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Georgina and Weaver, and her husband Frank, June was predeceased by her brother, Lee Morehouse. 

A Celebration of Life will take place at York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton on Friday, August 1, 2025, from 2-4 PM.  A graveside service will take place in Sunny Bank Cemetery, Fredericton, on Sunday, August 3, 2025 at 1 pm with Pastor Richard Stairs officiating.
