The passing of Charlotte Ann Southwell of Fredericton, NB, wife of Frederick J Southwell, occurred on July 14, 2025, at home.  Born on June 10, 1937, in Perth Andover, NB, she was the daughter of the late Patricia (Canom) and Hubert Lovely. She was a member of Holy Family Parish, Hanwell, and she enjoyed sewing, cooking, and baking.

Charlotte is survived by her husband, Fred; children, Derrick Beauregard, Yvette Beauregard, Deirdre Lutz (John); step-son, Anthony "Tony" Southwell (Gillian) of Calgary; step-daughter, Jeanette Southwell of Cambridge, ON; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Joyce Chase; sister-in law, Susan Lovely

She was predeceased by siblings, William Lovely, Mary Lennox, Annie Chitty, and Barbara Green (Walter); brother-in-law, Paul.
