Robert Darren Munn

The passing of Robert “Bobby” Darren Munn of Boiestown, NB, occurred on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on December 31, 1976 in Fredericton, NB, he was the son of Robert Munn and the late Linda (Lovelace) Munn. 

Bobby was a loving father who enjoyed spending time with his sons. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching movies, and playing video games with his sons and cousins. Bobby was a hardworking heavy equipment operator and was known for being one of the best in the industry. He will be forever remembered as “Big Bad Bob,” a nickname that captured his quick wit, storytelling and countless pranks.

In addition to his father, Bobby is survived by his sons, Spencer Munn and Reice Munn, and their mother, Sara Hunter; sister, Carla Davis (Clay); niece, Emma Davis; nephew, Kye Davis; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. 

There will be no visitation by request. A memorial service will take place at Miramichi First Pentecostal Church, Holtville, NB on Thursday, July 3, 2025 at 2 pm with Rev. Landon Decker officiating.
