Obituary of Donna Rose Toole

It is with very heavy hearts that the family of Donna Rose Toole of Lincoln, New Brunswick, announces her passing which occurred on June 19, 2025. Born on April 9, 1950, in Cumberland Bay, New Brunswick, she was the daughter of the late Lois (Jenkins) and Allan Moss.

Her love and faith in God was unwavering. Whether teaching Sunday School, enjoying fellowship or peaceful moments spent in prayer; this connection with God gave her a sense of comfort and strength in her day-to-day life. Additionally, she had a great love for children as they did for her.

In Donna’s leisure time, she enjoyed solving puzzles while watching her favorite old shows or singing along to gospel music. One quirky habit Donna will be remembered for, was that she always had a lid on her cup no matter what the drink or type of cup she had. She liked her drinks dust free!

Donna is survived by her loving children; Richard Muise, Lois Hanson (Bev), Trina MacFarlane (Wayne), Tana Morehouse (Danny), Timothy Toole, and Denise Toole (Marty); grandchildren Alyssa, Starla, Danielle, Colin, Armond, Amy, Thomas, Kayla, Coleman, Leanna, and Skylar; along with eight great grandchildren and several brothers and sisters.

Besides her parents, Donna was predeceased by two sons, Thomas Muise and Kevin Muise.

Arrangements are under the care of York Funeral Home, 302 Brookside Drive, Fredericton. A visitation will take place at Living Hope United Pentecostal Church, 2016 Route 104, Zealand on Monday, June 23, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will take place at Living Hope United Pentecostal Church on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at 2:00 pm with Rev. Terry Messer officiating. An Interment will take place in Zealand Community Cemetery, immediately following the service. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Living Hope UPC or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
