Obituary of Erick Ralph Slocum

The passing of Erick Ralph Slocum of Fredericton, NB, husband of the late Carol LaBillois-Slocum, occurred on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital.  Born on June 28, 1949, he was a son of the late Ralph and Jean (Flowers) Slocum. 

Erick is survived by his step-children, Holly Richards (Nicholas), Marianne Thompson (Wade) and Brian Wortman (Suzanne); grandchildren: Shaniah, Marissa, Jack and Charlie; and brother, Ken Slocum.

Besides his parents, Erick was predeceased by his step-daughter, Stephanie Bolger. 

Interment will take place in St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Fredericton, NB at a later date. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Fredericton SPCA or to a charity of the donor's choice.  Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
